Zona Referral Partner Program – Terms

1. Eligibility • Open to individuals referring potential trailer buyers • No sales experience required

2. Qualified Referral • The buyer is a new customer • The buyer is not already in contact or working with Zona Trailer Sales • Referral is submitted before the buyer contacts Zona Trailer Sales

3. Referral Submission • Must include buyer’s name and phone number • Must be submitted directly to Zona Trailer Sales • Timestamp determines referral ownership

4. Referral Ownership • First person to submit the referral receives credit • No split commissions

5. Payout Structure
• Under $10,000 → $100
• $10,000 – $25,000 → $200
• $25,000 – $50,000 → $300
• $50,000+ → $500

6. Payment Terms • Referral fee is paid one time only per buyer • Payment is issued after the buyer completes purchase and deal is fully closed • No payment for deposits, pending deals, or canceled transactions

7. Limitations • No payment for existing customers or leads already in progress • No payment if referral is submitted after initial contact • Zona Trailer Sales reserves the right to determine validity of referral 8. Program Changes • Zona Trailer Sales may modify or end the program at any time without prior notice
