Zona Referral Partner Program - Terms
Referral eligibility, ownership and payout are determined under the terms below.
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals referring potential trailer buyers
- No sales experience required
2. Qualified Referral
- The buyer is a new customer
- The buyer is not already in contact or working with Zona Trailer Sales
- Referral is submitted before the buyer contacts Zona Trailer Sales
3. Referral Submission
- Must include buyer’s name and phone number
- Must be submitted directly to Zona Trailer Sales
- Timestamp determines referral ownership
4. Referral Ownership
- First person to submit the referral receives credit
- No split commissions
5. Payout Structure

6. Payment Terms
- Referral fee is paid one time only per buyer
- Payment is issued after the buyer completes purchase and deal is fully closed
- No payment for deposits, pending deals, or canceled transactions
7. Limitations
- No payment for existing customers or leads already in progress
- No payment if referral is submitted after initial contact
- Zona Trailer Sales reserves the right to determine validity of referral
8. Program Changes
Zona Trailer Sales may modify or end the program at any time without prior notice.
